The 26 recipes in this cookbook are inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine, but they radiate a whole food, plant-based vibe. They are also gluten-free, sugar-free, oil-free and salt-free. The book includes few guest recipes from other leading whole food, plant-based chefs, including Cathy Fisher, Chef AJ and Chef Ramses Bravo. Salud!
Author, Plant-Based Katie Mae, is the founder of and culinary coach at Plantz St. Culinary Gym in Santa Rosa, CA. She is also a cooking instructor at TrueNorth Health and Dr. McDougall’s Health & Medical Center. Katie Mae holds a Masters in Nutrition from Bastyr University.
