The book includes few guest recipes from other leading whole food, plant-based chefs, including Chef Ramses Bravo and Ashley Cox. Salute!
Author, Plant-Based Katie Mae, is the founder of and culinary coach at Plantz St. Culinary Gym in Santa Rosa, CA. She is also a cooking instructor at TrueNorth Health and Dr. McDougall’s Health & Medical Center. Katie Mae holds a Masters in Nutrition from Bastyr University.
